The Rebel Method, Updated: Four 1:1 Offers and How to Choose
Updated: 5 days ago
If you've followed Strategic Sound Consulting for a while, you've watched my offers evolve. They've now landed in one place: The Rebel Method, delivered entirely 1:1, in four versions. Here's what changed, how each tier works, and how to figure out which one fits.
What changed in The Rebel Method?
Every engagement is 1:1.
Every founder tier starts with a week-one diagnostic. We find what's actually broken before we fix anything.
The tiers differ by depth, not format. Foundation, Growth, and Scale include one, two, or three intensives.
Pricing is published. You can see exactly what each tier costs before we ever talk.
The thread through all of it is a rule from my years in operations: diagnose before you prescribe. In a Fortune 500 company, nobody rolls out a fix before finding the root cause. Founders deserve the same rigor.
How does every Rebel Method tier work?
Week one: the diagnostic. A two-hour working session across six operational domains: Offer & Pricing, Demand & Pipeline, Decision Load & Bottlenecks, Energy & Capacity Design, Delivery & Fulfillment, and Visibility & Controls. You get written findings within three business days, and everything after that is built from them.
Twelve weeks across Clarity, Energy, and Momentum. Clarity finds what's actually broken and puts it in order. Energy redesigns the work around how your attention and capacity actually run. Momentum pressure-tests the rebuild so it holds after week 12 instead of quietly reverting.
Intensives. These are deep working sessions where the redesign happens, not check-ins. They're timed to what the diagnostic finds, not to a fixed calendar.
Why twelve weeks? A system has to survive good brain weeks and bad ones, smooth client flow and crisis mode. Twelve weeks is long enough to test that for real.
Which Rebel Method tier is right for you?
Foundation: $7,000
12 weeks, 1:1, week-one diagnostic, one intensive. For founders whose business is still small enough that one clear rebuild solves the real bottleneck: the decision that never gets made, or the process that only runs when you're the one running it.
Growth: $10,000
12 weeks, 1:1, week-one diagnostic, two intensives. For founders with more than one area under strain, where fixing the biggest bottleneck would just expose the next one.
Scale: $15,000
12 weeks, 1:1, week-one diagnostic, three intensives. For businesses that have outgrown a system one person built alone, where several bottlenecks are compounding and too much still runs through your head instead of through the business.
What about neurodivergent professionals who aren't running a business?
The Rebel Method for Corporate Professionals: $7,000
Six months of biweekly 1:1 sessions for neurodivergent professionals who are employed rather than running a business. It follows the same Clarity, Energy, Momentum arc, applied to your role and scope, your manager and stakeholders, your meeting load, and your visibility at work. It closes with a Half-Year Momentum Plan scoped to your next review cycle.
You don't need a new job. You need your job to stop running on someone else's brain.
How do you choose? Start with the free strategy call.
Every engagement starts with the free 30-minute ADHD Business Strategy Call. It's diagnostic-first: you talk, I listen for where the business is actually breaking, and I reflect that back in your language. If one of these tiers fits, I'll tell you which one and why. If none does, I'll tell you that too.

Frequently asked questions
Is every engagement 1:1?
Yes. Every Rebel Method engagement is 1:1.
Is there a single-session option?
Not as a paid offer. One-off sessions can name the problem, but they rarely change the system that keeps creating it. If you want a single conversation first, the free 30-minute ADHD Business Strategy Call is it.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?
No. If you've spent years watching standard business advice fail your brain, that's enough to start.
Do you only work with founders in Spokane?
No. Strategic Sound Consulting is based in Spokane, Washington, and everything runs virtually, so I work with founders anywhere in the US.
Why is your pricing published?
Because you shouldn't have to sit through a sales call to find out whether something is within reach. Published pricing lets the strategy call focus on whether the work is the right fit.
I'm Jenica Norris, founder of Strategic Sound Consulting. I help ADHD and neurodivergent founders build businesses that run on their actual brains instead of borrowed neurotypical systems.
Twelve years in operations at Microsoft, Zillow, and T-Mobile. MBA, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt. I bring the same diagnostic rigor to founders that I brought to enterprise process failures, minus the assumption that the person is the defect.
Clarity. Energy. Momentum.
