Hi, I'm Jenica Norris - The ADHD Business Rebel behind Strategic Sound Consulting.
For 12+ years, I built my career at Microsoft, Zillow, Gates Ventures, and T-Mobile. On paper, I was crushing it - MBA, PMP certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, leading major projects. But here's what nobody saw...I was drowning.
As someone who's legally ind AND has ADHD, I spent every day trying to force my neurodivergent brain into systems that weren't built for me. I was masking my ADHD traits, apologizing for how my brain worked, and constantly feeling like I was failing despite my "success."
The turning point? Realizing I was teaching ADHD founders to do the same thing: contort themselves instead of building around their brilliance. I turned frustration into clarity — and designed a way forward that works with my brain, not against it.
