Effective Date: August 11, 2026 Last Updated: August 11, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of strategicsoundconsulting.com (the "Site") and your engagement with Strategic Sound Consulting ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. Who We Are
Strategic Sound Consulting provides ADHD-aligned business coaching and operations consulting for neurodivergent entrepreneurs, delivered through the Rebel Business Audit, the Rebel Method Group, the Rebel Method VIP, and hourly consulting.
2. Nature of Our Services
Our services are educational, strategic, and supportive in nature.
We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and are not licensed healthcare providers.
Our services do not replace professional medical or mental health care.
We do not diagnose ADHD or any other condition, and do not provide medication guidance.
We maintain a referral network of licensed professionals and can point you toward appropriate care, but referrals are not a guarantee of fit or outcome.
Our services complement, but never replace, professional healthcare.
Not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact 911. For mental health crisis support, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Our role is coaching and consulting support, not crisis intervention.
3. Non-Discrimination
In line with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we provide equal access to our services regardless of disability status, offer reasonable accommodations upon request, and do not discriminate based on neurodivergent status or ADHD diagnosis.
