Most ADHD founders are solving the wrong problem

You've tried the systems. You've hired the coaches. You've read the books. And you're still here, revenue inconsistent, operations chaotic, energy depleted, wondering if the problem is just you.

It isn't.

The real problem is almost always structural. Your business was built on neurotypical systems that fight your brain at every turn. The chaos isn't a character flaw. It's an architectural one.

But before you can fix it, you need an honest diagnosis. Not more advice. Not another framework. A clear read on what's actually breaking and why.

That's what the Rebel Business Audit delivers.

What the guessing is costing you

Here's what usually happens instead of a diagnosis. You identify a symptom, buy something to fix it, implement about sixty percent of it, and watch it collapse in three weeks. Then you conclude you're the problem and repeat the cycle with a different purchase.

Every round of that costs money, and more expensively, costs you another few months of believing the issue is you.

$1,297 to find out what's actually breaking is the cheapest decision you'll make about your business this year. It's also the reason I won't sell you a twelve-week program before I know what's wrong. You wouldn't accept a treatment plan from a doctor who skipped the diagnosis.

This is an operations audit, not a coaching session

That distinction is the whole thing, so let me be plain about it.

In a coaching session, you do the diagnostic work and a good coach asks the questions that help you get there. Useful, and not what this is.

Here, I do the diagnostic work. I arrive having read your intake, I analyze your business across six operational domains, and I hand you written findings. It's what a company does when it brings in a consultant to find out where the process is actually breaking. The difference is that this consultant has ADHD, and twelve years of doing exactly this work at Microsoft, Zillow, and T-Mobile.

If you've done coaching and came away with insight but no diagnosis, this is the other thing.

What You Get + Who This Is For

You've tried the systems. You've hired the coaches. You've read the books. And you're still here, revenue inconsistent, operations chaotic, energy depleted, wondering if the problem is just you.

What you get

  • Pre-session intake form. A structured diagnostic sent before we meet. Your answers shape the entire two hours, so we're not spending them on the surface.

  • The two-hour intensive. Not a discovery call. The first hour is pure diagnosis across six operational domains. The second is building your 90-day plan together.

  • Written findings report. Delivered within three business days. A finished document you can reference and use, not notes from a call.

  • Your 90-day action plan. Built on Clarity, Energy, Momentum. Brain-first priorities, realistic time estimates, reduced cognitive load.

  • A direct next-step recommendation. An honest read on what to do after the audit, whether that's the Rebel Method, implementing it yourself, or something else entirely. No pressure and no upsell tactics.

Sessions run on Google Meet.

What I'm actually looking at

The diagnosis runs across six operational domains, two for each phase of Clarity, Energy, Momentum. Most founders come in certain the problem lives in one of them and find out it's living in another.

  • Clarity: what you're doing and why.

  • Offer and Pricing Architecture. What you sell, who it's actually for, and what you charge for it. This is where I most often find pricing that has nothing to do with market rates and everything to do with what it costs you to ask.

  • Demand and Pipeline: Where clients actually come from, and whether that's a repeatable process or a run of good referrals you've been calling a strategy. Boom and bust revenue is almost always a pipeline problem that gets misdiagnosed as a discipline problem.

  • Energy: what it costs you to run

  • Decision Load and Bottlenecks. How many decisions route through you in a normal week, and how many of them need to. This is usually where a founder discovers they've built a business that can't move unless they're available.

  • Energy and Capacity Design: How your week is built against how your brain actually runs. Whether your peak hours go to the work that pays or get spent on admin, and what happens to everything else on a low-focus day.

  • Momentum: whether it holds without you

  • Delivery and Fulfillment: How the work gets done once someone says yes, and whether that's a process or a fresh reinvention every time. This is the domain that quietly caps how many clients you can hold.

  • Visibility and Controls: What you measure, where information lives, and how much of the business exists only in your head. You can't fix a process you can't see, and most of what's breaking stays invisible until someone writes it down.

  • By the end of the first hour you'll know which of the six is actually the constraint. The second hour builds the plan around that one, rather than around all six at once, because fixing six things badly is how you got here.

After the audit, you'll know

Exactly what's blocking your business, and Why the neurotypical fixes haven't worked for your brain & What to do in the next 90 days, in a plan built for how you actually operate

This is built for you if

  • You have a business in motion, not a pre-launch idea

  • Revenue is inconsistent, operations are chaotic, or you're burning out

  • You've tried neurotypical systems and they keep failing

  • You know something is broken but can't find the actual problem

  • You want a diagnosis and a plan, not more advice

Who this isn't for If you're pre-launch, still deciding what you sell, or looking for someone to implement the fixes with you over time, this isn't the right starting point. The audit tells you what's wrong and what to do about it. It doesn't do the doing. If you already know what's broken and want help building the fix, the Rebel Method is the better route.

Where the audit fits

Rebel Business Audit + 90-Day Plan

One two-hour intensive. This is the one that tells you what's broken. I diagnose your business across six operational domains and you leave with a written findings report and a 90-day plan you own outright. Start here if you know something isn't working but can't name it, or if you're weighing the other two and would rather not spend $7,000 finding out you needed the other one.

The Rebel Method Group

Twelve weeks in a cohort of six. This is where you learn the method and apply it to your own business, with a live group call every week, your own 1:1 every other week, Slack access in between, and 48 frameworks and templates that are yours to keep. You leave with systems you built yourself and five other founders who understood the problem without the long explanation. Start here if you already know what's broken and want structure plus people who get it.

The Rebel Method VIP

Twelve weeks, entirely one to one. Same method, except I'm in the operations with you. Twelve private sessions, three deep-dive intensives, priority Slack, and the frameworks rebuilt as your actual systems rather than handed over as templates. You leave with infrastructure built around your business instead of around a curriculum. Start here if you know exactly where the bottleneck is and can't afford to wait two weeks between conversations.

The Rebel Method: VIP

For founders who want the full transformation delivered entirely in private.

Everything in the group program, built entirely around your exact business and your exact brain. No group calls, no shared sessions. Just you and Jenica for 12 weeks, going as deep as your business needs. For founders who want to move fast, think out loud without an audience, and have a strategic thinking partner through every decision.

I'm also an ADHD entrepreneur. The Rebel Business Audit runs on the same diagnostic framework I use in my own business and bring to every client engagement.

Twelve years of my career was spent finding the exact point where a process breaks and redesigning it. Then I had to do it to my own business, because none of the standard advice survived contact with my brain.

The problem isn't your brain. It's the systems you were handed. The audit finds out which ones.

Common Questions

  • The Audit is consulting. Jenica arrives having reviewed your intake, analyzes your business across six operational domains, and delivers written findings. You are not doing the diagnostic work — she is.

  • You receive a finalized findings report and 90-day plan within 3 business days. Jenica will make a direct recommendation on next steps — whether that's The Rebel Method, independent implementation, or hourly consulting. No pressure in any direction.

  • No. The Audit serves both formally diagnosed and self-identifying ADHD and neurodivergent founders. What matters is that neurotypical systems have been failing you.

  • The Audit is a complete standalone deliverable. You will leave with everything you need to implement independently. The next step recommendation is honest — if The Rebel Method isn't the right fit, Jenica will say so.

  • Start with a free 30-minute strategy call. Jenica will assess fit during the call and walk you through booking and payment if it's the right match.
