I have ADHD myself, I'm legally blind, and I've run a business from survival mode, so none of this is theory I read somewhere. Twelve years building operations at Microsoft, Zillow, T-Mobile and Gates Ventures. An MBA, a PMP, a Six Sigma Black Belt. And a drawer full of planners I gave up on by week two, same as you.
