Same method, different relationship to it. In the group you learn the frameworks and apply them to your business, with support from me and five other founders. One private session with me, plus Slack in between whenever something throws you. The intensives are scheduled at the three points in the twelve weeks where a deep dive will do the most good, usually where a bottleneck is blocking everything downstream. Implementation work is designed around the time you actually have, not the time a neurotypical schedule assumes.
