How long is the program?
New Me New Year is a 12-week live group program designed to help you rebuild your business around how your ADHD brain actually works.
What if I miss a call?
All group calls are recorded, and replays are shared so you can catch up on your own time. You can submit questions in advance, and we'll address them on the call, so you still get coaching and direction even if you can't be there live.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds/partial refunds are on a case-by-case basis. The goal is to give you clear expectations upfront, so you know how it works before you commit. Once you book a call, we can discuss during our complimentary strategy session.
How is this different from standard business coaching for ADHD brains?
This isn't generic productivity advice. New Me comes out of Strategic Sound Consulting's work in operations and ADHD coaching: you get a concrete business strategy, simple systems, and tools designed by an ADHD, legally blind founder who runs a business with the same kinds of constraints you do. The focus is on business models, offers, and operations that fit your brain, not trying to force you into neurotypical routines.
Who is the VIP offer best suited for?
The VIP option is best if you want deeper hands-on support: more 1:1 time, custom reviews of your offers or systems, and tighter accountability. It's a strong fit if you're in a season of rapid change, have a more complex business, or know you take action faster with direct, personalized guidance.

How much time per week should I plan for?
Plan for one live group call each week, plus time to work through simple tools, experiments, and check-ins. Most people set aside a few hours across the week so they can show up, implement, and get support without overloading their schedule.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay in full or use a payment plan so you can spread the investment over time. Current options are listed on the checkout page for each cohort.
What kind of business is this best for?
New Me is built for ADHD and neurodivergent founders, consultants, and creatives who already have a business, clients, or revenue, but feel stuck in operational chaos, and want clearer systems, steadier revenue, and a business that no longer depends on crisis-mode energy.
How many people are in the group cohort?
Cohorts are kept small, up to 6 or 8 people, so everyone gets time on calls, feedback on their business, and a real sense of community. You're not one face in a giant webinar; you're part of a group where people know your business and your wins.
What happens after the 12 weeks end?
You leave with ADHD-friendly systems, a 90-day plan for your next steps, and access to your program materials and call replays. You'll also hear about any alumni options or advanced support paths if you want continued coaching after this round of New Me.
